摘 要:为提高采棉机的作业效率并解决采棉机在高速作业中存在棉花采摘效率低及落地棉较多等问题,根据采棉机导向器与采摘头工作原理,对导向器进行优化设计。根据棉株物理属性和气力采摘理论数值分析,建立导向式气力吸棉装置数学模型;运用Fluent软件对不同结构模型的气力吸棉装置进行数值模拟,对比分析吸棉装置气流场流动特性及吸棉口的速度与压力。结果表明:当吸棉装置为圆柱体模型时,吸棉口速度与理论相差较小,合理地分配了内部速度流线;该模型具有结构简单、操作方便、性能稳定、经济实用等优点。研究结果为采棉机气力采摘系统研发提供了参考。In order to improve the operating efficiency of cotton picker and solve the problems of low cotton picking efficiency and more cotton on the ground in the high-speed operation of cotton picker,the guider was optimized according to the working principle of the cotton picker guider and the picking head.According to the physical properties of cotton plants and the rational numerical analysis of pneumatic picking,the mathematical model of the guided pneumatic cotton suction device was established;the Fluent software was used to numerically simulate the pneumatic cotton suction device with different structure models,and the air flow characteristics and the cotton suction port of the cotton suction device were compared and analyzed.The result shows that when the cotton suction device is a cylindrical model,the speed of the cotton suction port is slightly different from the theory value,and the internal speed streamline is reasonably distributed;the model has the advantages of simple structure,convenient operation,stable performance,economical and practical.The results provides reference for the development of the pneumatic picking system of cotton pickers.
