摘  要:以M701F重型燃气轮机转子系统作为研究对象,建立柔性机座-转子系统动力学模型;计入柔性机座-转子系统动力学参数全局性变化范围,提出全局匹配分析方法并实现了动力学参数全局最佳匹配数值计算软件系统;通过跟踪研究计入全局动力学参数下机座动力参数最佳匹配点和轨迹的变化规律,揭示不同转子动力学参数下机座参数最佳匹配点轨迹特征,分析了全局稳定区域和不稳定区域及应用价值。研究结果表明:全局动力学参数范围内总会找到最佳匹配支承参数和匹配轨迹,这为柔性机座-转子系统刚度和阻尼最佳匹配域设计提供理论参考。The M701F gas-turbine rotor system was taken as the study object,the dynamic model of the support-bearing rotor system was established.Considering the global variation range of dynamic parameters of flexible support-rotor system,a global matc⁃hing analysis method was proposed and a numerical calculation software system for global optimal matching of dynamic parameters was implemented.By tracking and studying the change law of the best matching point and trajectory of the support dynamic parameters un⁃der the global dynamic parameters,the trajectory characteristics of the best matching point of the support parameters under different ro⁃tor dynamics parameters were revealed,and the global stability area and the non-uniformity stable area and application value were ana⁃lyzed.The results show that the best matching support parameters and the best matching trajectory are always found within the range of global dynamic parameters,which provides a theoretical reference for the design of the best matching domain for stiffness and damping of flexible base-rotor system.
