摘  要:针对多功能抢险救援车登高平台调平作业中双油缸协同控制问题,建立折叠臂及登高平台系统的动力学模型。运用ADAMS进行仿真,初步确定油缸供油顺序,得到一种分析双油缸协同作业时受力的仿真方法。运用该方法得到特定工况下油缸的正确运动状态,确定油缸的供油顺序,验证模型的调平精度。研究结果为登高平台液压系统设计提供参考。Aiming at the coordination control problem of dual cylinders in leveling operation of aerial platform of multi-function rescue vehicle,the dynamic models of folding arm and aerial platform were established.ADAMS software was used for simulation,the oil supply sequence of dual cylinders was concluded,and a simulation method was obtained to analyze the forces of dual cylinders in cooperative operation.The correct motion state of the cylinder under special working conditions was obtained by using the method,the order of oil supply for two cylinders was obtained,and the leveling accuracy of the model was verified.The research results provide ref⁃erence for the design of hydraulic system of aerial platform.
