摘 要:解放战争时期,当中国革命进入"转折年代"后,"能直接传播中共中央声音"的香港《华商报》丰富和发展了有关"人民新闻事业"的论述,意味着中国共产党开始转变新闻指导思想。新中国成立前夕,《华商报》刊发系列文章,讨论"新中国新闻政策",倡导"新闻事业国有化"与"记者的意识改造",预示新闻政策即将迎来重大变革。《华商报》对新中国新闻政策的探索,表明中国共产党新闻策略与革命全局、统战政策存在密切互动,呈现出高度灵活性和政治智慧。During the war of Liberation,Hwa Shiang Pao"can directly spread the voice of the central committee of the Communist Party of China".It had enriched and developed the discourse on"people’s journalism"when the Chinese revolution entered the"turning stage",and it meant that the Communist Party of China(CPC)began to change its guiding ideology for journalism.On the eve of the founding of New China(the People’s Republic of China),Hwa Shiang Pao had published a series of articles discussing the"press policy of New China".Its advocacy of"nationalizing journalism"and"renewing journalists’awareness"marked the up-coming changes in China’s press policy.Hwa Shiang Pao’s exploration of press policy of New China showed that the CPC’s press strategies closely interacted with the overall situation of the revolution and the united front policy,and reflected a high degree of flexibility and political wisdom.
