摘 要:近年来,冬季防寒保暖产品成为网络热点,主要集中在服装面料,特别是针织品和保暖服装方面。在热调节作用上,传统的防寒保暖纤维的安全保护都是被动的,不具备横向调节的能力,不能良好地应对湿冷的自然环境。腈纶型调温纤维是一种新型智能纤维,通过潜热能的呈现来对热量进行吸收、储存和释放。在温度转变过程中,腈纶型调温纤维根据固液形态的相互转化完成吸热反应和放热反应。文章对单面、双面系列冷暖混纺针织面料开发设计的主要技术参数、机械设备和组织结构问题进行了研究。In recent years, winter cold proof and thermal insulation products have become a hot spot on the Internet,mainly focusing on clothing fabrics, especially knitwear and thermal insulation clothing. In terms of thermal regulation,the traditional safety protection of cold proof and thermal insulation fibers are passive, do not have the ability of horizontal regulation, and can not deal with the wet and cold natural environment well. Acrylic fiber temperature regulating fiber is a new type of intelligent fiber, which absorbs, stores and releases heat through the presentation of latent heat. In the process of temperature transformation, acrylic fiber temperature regulating fiber completes endothermic reaction and exothermic reaction according to the mutual transformation of solid-liquid morphology. This paper studies the main technical parameters, mechanical equipment and organizational structure of the development and design of single-sided and doublesided cold and warm blended knitted fabrics.
