心力衰竭合并室性心律失常患者应用参松养心胶囊辅助治疗的效果

摘　　要：目的 评估参松养心胶囊辅助治疗心力衰竭合并室性心律失常患者的效果。方法 94例心力衰竭合并室性心律失常患者,利用整群随机化分组法将其分为干预组及对比组,每组47例。对比组接受胺碘酮治疗,干预组在对比组的基础上加用参松养心胶囊辅助治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效,治疗前后的血清N末端脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)、QT间期离散度(QTd)、左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDd)、左心室收缩末期内径(LVESd)、左心室射血分数(LVEF)水平。结果 干预组患者的治疗总有效率95.74%高于对比组的78.72%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,干预组患者的NT-proBNP(1002.08±247.56)pg/ml、QTd(63.29±10.57)ms均低于对比组的(1622.79±472.58)pg/ml、(70.58±11.12)ms,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,干预组患者的LVEDd(48.25±5.14)mm、LVESd(35.86±4.08)mm、LVEF(50.12±2.34)%均优于对比组的(51.49±4.57)mm、(38.25±3.67)mm、(47.45±3.42)%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 参松养心胶囊辅助治疗心力衰竭合并室性心律失常效果显著,可有效改善患者的心功能,提高临床疗效,值得推广应用。Objective To evaluate the effect of adjuvant therapy with Shensong Yangxin Capsules in patients with heart failure and ventricular arrhythmia.Methods A total of 94 patients with heart failure and ventricular arrhythmia were divided into intervention group and comparison group by the cluster randomization grouping method,with 47 cases in each group.The comparison group was treated with amiodarone,and the intervention group was treated with Shensong Yangxin Capsules on the basis of the comparison group.Both groups were compared in terms of clinical efficacy,serum N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP),QT-interval dispersion(QTd),left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDd),left ventricular end systolic diameter(LVESd),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of treatment 95.74%in the intervention group was higher than 78.72%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the NT-proBNP(1002.08±247.56)pg/ml and QTd(63.29±10.57)ms of the intervention group were lower than(1622.79±472.58)pg/ml and(70.58±11.12)ms of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the LVEDd(48.25±5.14)mm,LVESd(35.86±4.08)mm,and LVEF(50.12±2.34)%of the intervention group were better than(51.49±4.57)mm,(38.25±3.67)mm,and(47.45±3.42)%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Shensong Yangxin Capsule has a significant effect in adjuvant treatment of heart failure with ventricular arrhythmia.It can effectively improve the heart function and clinical efficacy of patients.It is worthy of popularization and application.
