曲美他嗪治疗老年重度心衰的效果及对患者心功能的影响分析

摘　　要：目的 研究曲美他嗪治疗老年重度心力衰竭(心衰)的临床效果及对患者心功能的影响。方法 62例老年重度心衰患者,根据电脑随机方式分为参照组与实验组,每组31例。参照组给予常规治疗,实验组在参照组基础上给予曲美他嗪治疗。对比两组血浆N末端脑钠肽前体浓度、心功能指标、治疗效果及治疗前后生活质量。结果 实验组血浆N末端脑钠肽前体浓度、左室收缩末期内径(LVESD)、左室射血分数(LVEF)、左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)均明显优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组治疗总有效率为93.55%,明显高于参照组的70.97%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,实验组生活质量(QOL)评分为(86.98±3.41)分,高于参照组的(74.18±3.63)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 老年重度心衰患者在使用曲美他嗪治疗时能够提升治疗效果,改善患者心功能,提升生活质量,加快其康复的速度,值得推广和使用。Objective To study the effect of trimetazidine in the treatment of elderly patients with severe heart failure and its influence on cardiac function of patients.Methods A total of 62 elderly patients with severe heart failure were divided into the reference group and the experimental group according to the computer randomized method,with 31 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with conventional theratpy,and the experimental group was treated with trimetazidine on the basis of the reference group.Both groups were compared in terms of plasma N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide concentration,cardiac function index,therapeutic effect,and quality of life score before and after treatment.Results The N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide concentration,left ventricular end systolic diameter(LVESD),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),and left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDD)in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 93.55%,which was significantly higher than 70.97%in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the quality of life(QOL)score(86.98±3.41)points of the experimental group was higher than(74.18±3.63)points of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Trimetazidine for elderly patients with severe heart failure can improve the therapeutic effect of patients,improve the heart function and quality of life,and speed up the recovery of patients,which is worthy of promotion and application.
