阿托伐他汀钙联合依折麦布片治疗冠心病合并高脂血症的临床体会

摘　　要：目的 探究冠心病合并高脂血症应用阿托伐他汀钙+依折麦布片治疗的临床效果。方法 104例冠心病合并高脂血症患者,根据随机数字表法分为单一组和联合组,各52例。单一组应用阿托伐他汀钙治疗,联合组在单一组治疗基础上联合依折麦布片治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效以及治疗前后的血脂[总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)]水平。结果 联合组治疗总有效率96.15%高于单一组的82.9%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组TC、TG、LDL-C水平均较治疗前降低, HDL-C水平较治疗前升高,且联合组TC(4.26±0.25)mmol/L、TG(1.15±0.05)mmol/L、LDL-C(3.11±0.22)mmol/L均低于单一组的(4.67±1.08)、(1.19±0.07)、(3.28±0.27)mmol/L, HDL-C(1.66±0.14)mmol/L高于单一组的(1.56±0.17)mmol/L,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 阿托伐他汀钙联合依折麦布片治疗冠心病合并高脂血症患者疗效显著,血脂水平改善明显,可广泛在临床治疗中推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of atorvastatin calcium combined with ezetimibe tablets in the treatment of coronary heart disease complicated with hyperlipidemia.Methods A total of 104 patients with coronary heart disease and hyperlipidemia were divided into single group and combined group according to the random numerical table,with 52 cases in each group.The single group was treated with atorvastatin calcium,and the combined group was treated with ezetimibe tablets on the basis of single group.Both groups were compared in terms of clinical efficacy,and blood lipids[total cholesterol(TC),triglycerides(TG),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)]before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of treatment 96.15%in the combined group was higher than 82.9%of the single group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,TC,TG,LDL-C in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and HDL-C was higher than that before treatment;TC(4.26±0.25)mmol/L,TG(1.15±0.05)mmol/L,LDL-C(3.11±0.22)mmol/L of the combined group were lower than(4.67±1.08),(1.19±0.07),(3.28±0.27)mmol/L of the single group,and HDL-C(1.66±0.14)mmol/L was higher than(1.56±0.17)mmol/L of the single group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Atorvastatin calcium in combination with ezetimibe tablets has significant efficacy on patients with coronary heart disease and hyperlipidemia,and it can obviously improve the blood lipid,which can be promoted and applied in clinical practice.
