稳心颗粒联合小剂量胺碘酮治疗心律失常的效果观察

摘　　要：目的 分析稳心颗粒联合小剂量胺碘酮治疗心律失常的效果。方法 74例心律失常患者,采用随机摸球法分为对照组和观察组,每组37例。对照组采用小剂量胺碘酮治疗,观察组采用稳心颗粒联合小剂量胺碘酮治疗。对比两组治疗前后超敏C反应蛋白水平、心室激动总时间及治疗效果。结果 治疗后,观察组患者血清超敏C反应蛋白水平(2.17±0.69)mg/L低于对照组的(3.62±0.52)mg/L,心室激动总时间(450±20)ms长于对照组的(412±16)ms,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者临床总有效率为97.30%,显著高于对照组的78.38%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 心律失常患者采用稳心颗粒联合小剂量胺碘酮治疗效果明显,可改善血清超敏C反应蛋白水平、心室激动总时间,具有临床应用价值。Objective To analyze the effect of Wenxin Granule combined with low dose amiodarone in the treatment of arrhythmia.Methods A total of 74 patients with arrhythmia were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 37 cases in each group.The control group was treated with lowdose amiodarone,and the observation group was treated with Wenxin Granules in combination with low-dose amiodarone.The levels of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein and total time of ventricular activation before and after treatment,and therapeutic effect were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(2.17±0.69)mg/L of the observation group was lower than(3.62±0.52)mg/L of the control group,and the total time of ventricular activation(450±20)ms of the observation group was longer than(412±16)ms of the control group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was 97.30%,which was significantly higher than 78.38%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Wenxin Granule combined with low-dose amiodarone has obvious effect on patients with arrhythmia,and can improve the level of serum highsensitivity C-reactive protein and total time of ventricular activation of patients,which contains the value of clinical application.
