银丹心脑通软胶囊联合小剂量辛伐他汀对老年高血压合并高脂血症患者的影响

摘　　要：目的 分析银丹心脑通软胶囊联合小剂量辛伐他汀对老年高血压合并高脂血症患者的影响。方法 90例老年高血压合并高脂血症患者,随机分为观察组及参照组,每组45例。观察组实行银丹心脑通软胶囊联合小剂量辛伐他汀治疗,参照组实行单一辛伐他汀治疗。比较两组临床疗效及治疗前后血液流变学指标。结果 治疗后,观察组全血高切粘度、全血低切粘度、血浆粘度、纤维蛋白原、红细胞聚集指数分别为(3.20±0.43)mPa·s、(15.60±2.40)mPa·s、(1.07±0.24)mPa·s、(2.33±0.17)g/L、(4.61±1.63),均低于参照组的(3.94±0.41)mPa·s、(19.82±2.16)mPa·s、(1.50±0.31)mPa·s、(2.86±0.31)g/L、(5.52±1.25),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的治疗总有效率为93.33%,高于参照组的77.78%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 老年高血压合并高脂血症患者应用银丹心脑通软胶囊联合小剂量辛伐他汀治疗,对于提高其治疗总有效率以及改善血液流变学指标都有着非常显著的作用。Objective To analyze the effect of Yindan Xinnaotong soft capsule combined with low-dose simvastatin on elderly patients with hypertension and hyperlipidemia.Methods A total of 90 elderly patients with hypertension and hyperlipidemia were randomly divided into observation group and reference group,with 45 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with Yindan Xinnaotong soft capsule and low-dose simvastatin,and the reference group was treated with simvastatin alone.The clinical efficacy and hemorheology indexes before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the whole blood high shear viscosity,whole blood low shear viscosity,plasma viscosity,fibrinogen,and red blood cell aggregation index of the observation group were(3.20±0.43)mPa·s,(15.60±2.40)mPa·s,(1.07±0.24)mPa·s,(2.33±0.17)g/L,and(4.61±1.63),which were lower than(3.94±0.41)mPa·s,(19.82±2.16)mPa·s,(1.50±0.31)mPa·s,(2.86±0.31)g/L,and(5.52±1.25)of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 93.33%,which was higher than 77.78%in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For elderly patients with hypertension and hyperlipidemia,the application of Yindan Xinnaotong soft capsule combined with low-dose simvastatin has a very significant effect on improving the treatment efficiency and the hemorheology index of patients.
