健脾理气汤治疗动力障碍型功能性消化不良的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 探究健脾理气汤治疗动力障碍型功能性消化不良(FD)的临床疗效。方法 125例动力障碍型FD患者,按就诊住院先后顺序分为对照组(58例)与观察组(67例)。治疗组给予健脾理气汤治疗,对照组给予莫沙必利分散片治疗。对比两组治疗前后中医症状积分及治疗效果。结果 治疗后,两组中医症状积分均低于本组治疗前,且观察组中医症状积分(5.63±3.16)分低于对照组的(7.98±3.62)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率92.5%高于对照组的74.1%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在动力障碍型FD患者治疗中采用健脾理气汤治疗具有较好的临床效果,能够有效改善患者的临床症状,增强临床疗效,建议推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Jianpi Liqi Decoction in the treatment of functional dyspepsia(FD)with motility disorder.Methods A total of 125 cases of FD with motility disorder were divided into control group(58 cases)and observation group(67 cases)according to the order of treatment and hospitalization.The treatment group was treated with Jianpi Liqi Decoction,and the control group was treated with mosapride dispersible tablets orally.The traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores before and after treatment,and therapeutic effect were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores of the two groups were lower than those of this group before treatment,and the traditional Chinese medicine score(5.63±3.16)points of the observation group were lower than(7.98±3.62)points of the control group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 92.5%,which was higher than 74.1%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Jianpi Liqi decoction has good clinical effect in the treatment of FD with dynamic disorder.It can not only effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients,but also enhance the clinical efficacy.It is recommended to be popularized and applied.
