摘 要:培养具有创新能力、符合新时代要求的工业设计人才,是实现工业设计行业可持续发展的必由之路。文章从分析独立学院或民办学院在工业设计专业建设方面存在的问题入手,依据工业设计工作坊模式的研究理论和现状,结合市场需求和时代背景,提出具体改革的举措,主要包括培养模式改革、课程体系重构、专业工作坊建设、学科交叉融合发展等4项举措。最后将人才培养的模式聚焦在由“通才”向多学科融合的“专才”发展的关键点,培养符合时代要求、市场需求的新型应用型人才。以应用型本科人才培养为目标,以专业工作坊建设为载体,不断完善工业设计专业人才培养模式,形成跨学科多元化培养、“学做创”为一体的课程教学模式。Cultivating industrial design talents with innovative ability and meeting the requirements of the new era is the only way to realize the sustainable development of the industrial design industry.This paper starts with analyzing the problems existing in the construction of industrial design majors in independent colleges or private colleges,based on the research theory and status quo of the industrial design workshop mode,combined with market demand and the background of the times,and puts forward specific reform measures,mainly including training mode reform,four measures have been taken,including the reconstruction of the curriculum system,the construction of professional workshops,and the development of interdisciplinary integration.Finally,the mode of talent training focuses on the key point of the development from "generalist" to "specialist" integrating multiple disciplines,and cultivates new application-oriented talents that meet the requirements of the times and market demands.Aiming at the training of applied undergraduate talents,and taking the construction of professional workshops as the carrier,we will continuously improve the training mode of industrial design professionals,and form a curriculum teaching mode integrating multidisciplinary training and "learning,doing and creating".
