摘　　要：在1起颈椎病治疗案例中,笔者就因针刺患者患侧颈臂穴而出现健侧上肢单瘫的一次意外进行简要分析。此次意外可能为短暂性脑缺血发作(TIA),并提醒各位医疗工作者针刺颈臂穴有诱发TIA的风险,望应用该穴位时务必谨慎,如在医疗过程中遇此类似现象,亦可以此为鉴。In one case of cervical spondylosis treatment,I briefly analyzed an accident of uninjured upper limb monoplegia due to acupuncture at the Jingbi Point on the affected side of the patient.This accident may be a transient ischemic attack(TIA),and I want to remind medical workers that acupuncture at the Jingbi Point has the risk of TIA.It is hoped that more attention should be paid to when applying this acupoint.
