摘  要:以镍盐和铝盐为原料,采用共沉淀法制备出镍系重整抽余油加氢精制催化剂(牌号为LY-2005 B),并在中国石油大庆石化120万t/a连续重整装置配套的抽余油加氢装置中进行了工业化应用。结果表明:以溴价为(15~20)×10^(-2) g/g的混合碳六为原料,在反应压力为0.3 MPa,反应器入口温度为115~120℃,床层温升为40~50℃,氢气流量为200 m^(3)/h,进料流量为1.0~2.0 t/h,加氢原料含苯量波动较大且经常超标的生产条件下,正己烷产品中含苯量为0μg/g,溴价不高于0.01×10^(-2) g/g,赛波特颜色号为30,能够满足技术协议要求。The Ni-based reformed raffinate hydrofining catalyst(brand name LY-2005 B)prepared by the co-precipitation method using nickel salt and aluminum salt as raw materials was industrially applied in a 1.2 Mt/a raffinate hydrofining unit of a continuous reforming unit.The results showed that with mixed C_(6) fraction of which the bromine value was(15-20)×10^(-2) g/g as feed and under the operation conditions such as reaction pressure of 0.3 MPa,inlet temperature of 115-120℃,bed temperature rise of 40-50℃,hydrogen flow of 200 m^(3)/h and the feed flow of 1.0-2.0 t/h,and benzene content of feed fluctuated greatly and often exceeded design value,the benzene content in n-hexane product was 0μg/g,bromine value was less than 0.01×10^(-2) g/g,and the Saybolt color was 30,which could meet technical protocol requirements.
