催化裂化装置油浆固体质量浓度升高原因分析及对策

摘　　要：针对某石化公司3.3 Mt/a催化裂化装置在第1个运行周期内出现油浆固体质量浓度升高的现象,分析了油浆细粉变化规律以及沉降器催化剂跑损原因,并采取相应处理措施。结果表明:当油浆细粉粒径>20~40μm颗粒增加,是由于平衡剂细粉含量升高导致的催化剂跑损;当粒径40μm以上的大颗粒明显增加,则是由于沉降器旋风分离器分离效率下降导致的催化剂跑损;降低油浆固体质量浓度的有效措施为:通过控制喷嘴线速度不大于95 m/s,减少原料油对催化剂的冲击破碎;控制新鲜剂及助剂粒径小于40μm的细粉粒度分布不大于13%,磨损指数偏差不大于0.2%/h,防止2种剂相互摩擦破碎,减少平衡剂细粉含量;改善沉降器旋风分离器分离效率,清理重锤阀结焦,避免料腿窜气,防止催化剂跑损。In a petrochemical company 3.3 Mt/a fluid catalytic cracking unit,the phenomena of slurry solid mass concentration rising had occured in the first run cycle.The change rule of catalyst fines in slurry oil and the causes of catalyst escaping in settler were analyzed and corresponding countermeasures were taken.The results showed that the increase of>20-40μm catalyst fines in slurry was caused by catalyst loss due to equilibrium catalyst fine content increase;the increase of catalyst fines bigger than 40μm in slurry was caused by catalyst loss due to settler cyclone′s separation efficiency decline.The effective measures to reduce the solid mass concentration of oil slurry were as follows:reduce the impact breakage of raw oil on catalyst by controlling the linear velocity of nozzle at not higher than 95 m/s;the content of which the particle size was less than 40μm should be less than 13%in total fresh catalyst and additives,the attrition index should be lower than 0.2%/h in order to prevent the attrition between catalysts and additives and to reduce the equilibrium catalyst fine content;improve the separation efficiency of the cyclone in settler,cleaning up the coke deposited on counterweight valve avoiding gas diversion in dip leg and preventing the catalyst from escaping.
