摘  要:本试验以顶空自动进样气相色谱法测定饮水中三氯甲烷和四氯化碳,通过对色谱条件、平衡温度、平衡时间3个条件优化,确定色谱条件分流比为10∶1,载气流速为1.5 mL·min^(-1),顶空进样平衡温度为60℃,平衡时间为30 min。该方法操作简单、快速简便、重现性好、灵敏度低和精密度高,同时提高了检测效率,适合饮水中三氯甲烷和四氯化碳的批量样品检测。In this experiment,headspace automatic sampling gas chromatography was established for the determination of chloroform and carbon tetrachloride in drinking water.By optimizing the chromatographic conditions,equilibrium temperature and equilibrium time,it was determined that the split ratio of the chromatographic conditions was 10∶1,the carrier gas flow rate was 1.5 mL·min^(-1),the headspace injection equilibrium temperature was 60℃and the equilibrium time was 30 min.The method has the advantages of simple operation,fast and simple,good reproducibility,high sensitivity and precision,and improves the detection efficiency.It is suitable for the batch detection of chloroform and carbon tetrachloride in drinking water.
