摘 要:为了评估西宁市居住建筑外立面保温改造带来的碳排放和能源消耗,本研究采用定性与定量表征的方式对已建立的西宁市建筑存量信息库内建筑进行特征描述,运用LCA方法评价了两种保温材料单位建筑面积物化阶段的碳排放和能源消耗,推算城市尺度上居住建筑外立面保温改造的碳排放和能源消耗。结果表明:(1)西宁市现存21%的居住建筑未实行节能设计,50%的居住建筑属于低能效建筑。(2)仅考虑保温材料时,PUR板外立面保温系统GWP指标比EPS板外立面保温系统少19.39%~30.92%,PUR板外立面保温系统EE指标比EPS板外立面保温系统少20.07%~41.85%。从能源和碳排放视角来看,使用PUR板进行外立面保温改造要优于EPS板。Qualitative and quantitative characterization are used in this paper to describe the characteristics of the buildings in the established Xining building stock information database in order to evaluate the carbon emission and energy consumption of external facade thermal insulation transformation of residential buildings in Xining.The method LCA is used to evaluate the carbon emission and energy consumption of two thermal insulation materials in the materialization stage per unit building area and calculate the carbon emission and energy consumption of facade thermal insulation transformation of residential buildings on the urban scale.The results show that:(1)21%of the existing residential buildings in Xining do not implement energy-saving design,and 50%of the residential buildings are low energy efficiency buildings.(2)GWP index of external thermal insulation system of PUR board is 19.39%~30.92%less than that of EPS board,and EE index of external thermal insulation system of PUR board is 20.07%~41.85%less than that of EPS board when only taking different thermal insulation materials into consideration.The external insulation transformation with PUR board is better than EPS board from the perspective of energy consumption and carbon emission alone.
