摘 要:针对双馈风力发电机不能主动参与系统频率调节的问题,分析转子超速控制、变桨距角控制、下垂控制和惯性控制的原理,提出了一种基于不同风速段下减载运行双馈风力发电机参与系统频率调节的变系数控制策略。考虑不同风速下双馈风力发电机所能达到固定减载程度所采用的减载控制方式对风速进行划分,并对下垂系数和惯性系数进行整定,得到下垂系数与风速和惯性系数与频率间的关系。仿真结果表明,双馈风力发电机能够有效参与系统频率调节,改善调频效果。Aiming at the problem that doubly-fed induction generator can not actively participate in system frequency regulation.The principle of ro tor overspeed control,variable pitch angle control,droop control and inertia control is analyzed.A variable coefficient control strategy based on load shedding operation of doubly-fed induction generator participating in system frequency regulation under different wind speed segments is proposed.The wind speed is divided by considering the load shedding control method adopted by doubly-fed induction generator to reach the fixed load shedding level at different wind speeds.The droop coefficient and inertia coefficient are adjusted.The relationships between droop coefficient and wind speed and between inertia coefficient and frequency are obtained.The simulation results show that the doubly-fed induction generator can effectively participate in the system frequency modulation and improve the frequency modulation effect.
