摘  要:心脏病已成为人类健康的最大障碍之一,心电图是临床预防和治疗的主要方法和途径。为了满足人们对心电监护日益增长的需求,该文设计了一种可穿戴的心电监护系统来满足心脏病患者日常生活中的心电监护需求。该系统主要包含心电采集模拟前端和嵌入式系统,心电采集模拟前端是以导电高聚物聚吡咯和棉织物复合制成的导电织物复合物,用此导电织物复合物对人体中的微弱心电信号进行采集、放大和滤波,嵌入式系统采用以STM32F103ZET6芯片为核心的微处理器,在微处理器上实现模数转化、数据处理、FATFS文件系统的移植和HC-06蓝牙模块的数据传输到APP进行心电波形显示,实现了24 h的实时监控,并通过设定的阈值与心率比较,实现超值报警功能;最后针对Android手机开发了一款心电监护系统的软件,该软件可以实时获取患者的心电数据,对患者心脏进行实时监护。实验表明,该系统搭配手机APP能有效实时监测患者在不同状态下的心电信号。Heart disease has become one of the biggest obstacles to human health,ECG is the main method and way of clinical prevention and treatment.In order to meet the growing demand for ECG monitoring,a wearable ECG monitoring system is designed to meet the ECG monitoring function of heart disease patients in their daily life.This system mainly includes ECG acquisition analog front-end and embedded system.The ECG acquisition analog frontend is a conductive fabric composite made of conductive polymer polypyrrole and cotton fabric.The conductive fabric composite is used to collect,amplify and filter the weak ECG signal in human body.The embedded system uses STM32 F103 ZET6 chip as the core microprocessor,which is implemented on the microprocessor realize analog-to-digital conversion,data processing,porting of FATFs file system and data transmission of HC-06 Bluetooth module to APP for ECG waveform display,realize 24 h real-time monitoring,and realize over value alarm function through setting threshold and heart rate comparison.Finally,a software of ECG monitoring system is developed for Android mobile phone.The software can obtain the ECG data of patients in real-time and monitor the heart of patients in real-time.Experiments show that the system with mobile APP can effectively monitor the ECG signals of patients in different states in real-time.
