摘  要:对于城市用户负载变化很大,导致计量电流互感器(current transformer,CT)的额定电流精度低的问题,该研究研制高频下测量用电流互感器,并剖析了影响电流互感器误差的各种因素,其中磁芯材料的磁导率对互感器误差的影响是决定性的。设计了一种超薄、高柔性的CT磁芯材料,制造的CT可以缠绕任何电缆用于电流传感,并搭建了测试平台进行了实验校准,对CT的比差和相位移进行了验证测试。实验结果表明,不同频率下磁芯材料的磁性能与CT的计量性能有较好的一致性,优选磁芯材料是研制高频CT的关键。Regarding the problem of large changes in the load of urban users,resulting in low accuracy of the rated current of the current transformer(CT),this research has developed a current transformer for measurement under high frequency,and analyzed various factors that affect the error of the current transformer.Factors,the magnetic permeability of the magnetic core material has a decisive influence on the error of the transformer.Designed an ultra-thin,highly flexible CT magnetic core material.The manufactured CT can be wound with any cable for current sensing,and a test platform was built for experimental calibration,and the CT’s ratio difference and phase shift were verified and tested.The experimental results show that the magnetic properties of magnetic core materials at different frequencies are in good agreement with the metrological performance of CT.Optimizing the magnetic core material is the key to the development of high-frequency CT.
