摘 要:真正意义上磁场方向相位角差为90°的两相行波磁场或相位角差为120°的三相行波磁场有助于板坯电磁搅拌器实现搅拌功率和效率最优化。该文首先分析了板坯电磁搅拌器磁场偏离90°或120°的原因,再利用实际工作时所测波形结合等效主电路参数进行仿真,验证了所分析的原因。针对磁场偏离的原因设计了一套板坯电磁搅拌器磁场校正系统,并且搭建试验平台验证了该文所设计系统的准确性,最终成功地将该磁场校正系统集成在湖南中科电气股份有限公司的第五代板坯电磁搅拌专用变频电源装置系统中。试验和应用实践结果表明,该板坯电磁搅拌器磁场校正系统不仅能实现对磁场相位角差的识别,还能将磁场相位角差校正至90°的两相行波或120°的三相行波磁场,具有极大的工程实际应用价值和意义。In the real sense,the two-phase traveling wave magnetic field with a phase angle difference of 90°or the three-phase traveling wave magnetic field with a phase angle difference of 120°can help the slab electromagnetic agitator to realize the optimization of stirring power and efficiency.In this paper,the reasons why the magnetic field of the slab electromagnetic agitator deviates from 90°or 120°are analyzed first,then the waveform measured in practice combined with the equivalent main circuit parameters is simulated to verify the reasons analyzed.The author designs a set of magnetic field correction system of slab electromagnetic stirrer for the reason of magnetic field deviation,and establishes a test platform to verify the accuracy of the system designed in this paper.Finally,the magnetic field correction system is successfully integrated into the fifth generation of slab electromagnetic stirrer special frequency conversion power supply system of Hunan Zhongke electric limited company.The experimental and practical results show that the magnetic field correction system of slab electromagnetic agitator can not only recognize the phase angle difference of magnetic field,but also correct the phase angle difference of magnetic field to 90°two-phase traveling wave or 120°three-phase traveling wave magnetic field,which has great value and significance in engineering practical application.
