摘  要:商业健康保险费率市场化及其监管是当前我国商业健康保险改革的重要内容,遵循合理性、公平性、重组型原则是其应然规则。我国商业健康保险费率市场化改革进程中存在监管模式和对象匹配性较低、费率监管标准不成熟、监管法律体系不完善等问题,应构建适应于解决保险市场主要矛盾的商业健康保险费率市场化监管机制,建立健全商业健康保险费率监管的配套制度,加强制度供给以及提高市场规制工具的组合运用与匹配性。The formation mechanism and supervision of commercial health insurance premium rate marketization in China are important contents of current commercial health insurance reform, and it is necessary to follow the principles of rationality, fairness and regrouping. However, with the development of commercial health insurance premium rate marketization in China, there are still a series of problems such as low matching of regulatory model and object, immature regulatory standard of commercial health insurance premium rate, and imperfect regulatory legal system. It is necessary to build commercial health insurance rate market supervision mechanism to adapt the principal contradiction of the insurance market, establish and perfect the supporting system of commercial health insurance rate regulation and strengthen the system supply and improve the combination of market regulation tool.
