摘 要:针对NSGA-Ⅱ应用于梯级水电站优化调度存在大量非可行解影响寻优效率的问题,考虑相邻阶段相互制约关系,提出基于个体面临时段双向约束技术改进的NSGA-Ⅱ。以龙江-瑞丽江流域的龙江水电站(上游)与瑞丽江一级水电站(下游)为例,建立多目标联合优化调度模型,优选典型年最优调度方案并与水电站独立调度对比。结果表明,改进算法解决了非可行解参与进化甚至收敛于非可行Pareto前沿的问题;随着来水渐枯,典型年Pareto前沿范围趋于缩小,龙江水电站汛期蓄水时间逐渐提前,枯水期水位下降时间滞后;与独立调度相比,联合调度的径流补偿作用使龙江水电站发电量略有减小,而系统总发电量增加3.47%~10.02%,也显著降低了瑞丽江一级水电站枯水期弃水量。In view of the problem that there are a large number of infeasible solutions affecting the optimization efficiency when NSGA-Ⅱ is applied to the optimal scheduling of cascade hydropower stations,considering the mutual restriction relationship between adjacent stages,an improved NSGA-Ⅱ algorithm based on the bidirectional constraint technology of individual facing period is proposed.Taking the Longjiang Hydropower Station(upstream) and the Ruilijiang Ⅰ Hydropower Station(downstream) in the Longjiang-Ruilijiang Basin as examples,a multi-objective joint optimal scheduling model is established to optimize the optimal scheduling scheme in hydrological typical years,and compared with the independent scheduling of hydropower stations.The results show that the improved algorithm solves the problem that the infeasible solution participates in evolution and even converges to the infeasible Pareto front.As the incoming water dries up,the range of Pareto front tends to narrow in typical years,the storage time of Longjiang hydropower station in flood season is gradually advanced,and the decline time of water level in dry season lags behind.Compared with independent scheduling,the runoff compensation effect of joint scheduling slightly reduces the power generation of the Longjiang Hydropower Station,while the total power generation of the system increases by 3.47% ~ 10.02%,which also significantly reduces the waste water of Ruilijiang I Hydropower Station in dry season.
