摘  要:为探究防水整理对隔热防护服的隔热性能的影响,制备经过防水整理的六钛酸钾晶须涂层织物,测试其防水性能、厚度、250~2 500 nm光谱波段的反射率以及隔热性能,并与未经防水整理的六钛酸钾晶须涂层织物进行比较。结果表明:经过防水整理的隔热织物具有防水效果,织物水接触角由37.54°升高至129.00°;厚度增加;平均反射率远高于未经防水整理的隔热织物;相比未经防水整理的涂层织物,导热系数下降17.5%,可见防水整理能在一定程度上提高六钛酸钾晶须涂层织物的隔热效果。To explore the effect of waterproofing treatment on the thermal insulation properties of thermal protective clothing,waterproofing treated potassium hexatitanate whisker coated fabric was prepared,and its waterproofing properties,thickness,reflectivity in the 250-2500 nm spectral band and heat insulation properties were tested,and compared with the potassium hexatitanate whisker without waterproofing treatment.The results showed that the thermal insulation fabric after waterproofing treatment had waterproofing effect.The contact angle of the fabric increased from 37.54°to 129.00°,and its thickness increased.The average reflectivity was much higher than that of the thermal insulation fabric without waterproofing treatment.The thermal conductivity was reduced by 17.5%compared to the coated fabric without waterproof finishing.Thus the waterproofing treatment can improve the heat insulation effect of potassium hexatitanate whisker coated fabrics to a certain extent.
