摘  要:本课题以研究多通道烘缸性能为目的,设计搭建了温度采集、压力采集、图像采集为一体的模拟烘缸旋转的试验台,并对试验台的性能进行了测试。结果表明,在给定压力条件下,通道组件的密封性能良好;在通道旋转状态下,传感器可成功采集通道内的温度及压力变化的数据,并将数据无线传输至计算机中,各数据之间的采集与传输互不干涉;摄像机在高速旋转状态下可清晰采集到通道内部蒸汽冷凝流型。To study the performance of the multi-channel dryer,a test bench that simulated the rotation of the dryer was designed in this study,which integrated temperature collection,pressure collection,and image collection,and the performance of the test bench was studied. The results showed that the sealing performance of the channel components was good under the given pressure conditions,the sensor could successfully collect the data of the temperature and pressure changes in the channel when the channel was rotating,and wirelessly transmit the data to the computer. The collection and transmission of data did not interfere with each other,the camera could collect the steam condensate flow pattern inside the channel under the high-speed rotation state.
