摘 要:阐述了碱回收硅干扰问题的现状、硅干扰导致的影响、已基本解决的问题与解决方法,总结了绿液苛化及白泥煅烧等工段尚未解决的硅干扰问题。提出了新的绿液除硅技术,即黑液燃烧法绿液除硅,并对其研究进展及机理进行了讨论。The current situation of problem with silicon disturbance in alkali recovery,the effects caused by silicon disturbance,basically solved problems and solutions were briefly described in the paper. The unresolved silicon disturbance problems in green liquor causticization and white mud calcination were summarized. A new green liquor desilication technology that desilication from green liquor through black liquor combustion was proposed,of which the research progress and mechanism were discussed.
