摘 要:目的为自助化取药模式的有效运行提供参考。方法以医院发热药房2020年12月至2021年2月实施常规管理的3078张处方作为对照组,以2021年3月至5月实施PDCA循环管理的3726张处方作为观察组,比较两组处方的成功发药情况,并分析未成功发药的原因。结果实施PDCA循环管理后,自助云药房发药成功率显著升高(96.67%比90.71%,P<0.05),由人员管理、系统硬件、药品、信息软件引起的未成功发药比例均显著降低(P<0.01)。结论PDCA循环管理可有效提高发热门诊自助云药房的发药成功率,保障自助取药模式的顺畅运行。Objective To provide a reference for the effective operation of self-service medicine taking model.Methods Taking 3078 prescriptions under routine management in the hospital fever pharmacy from December 2020 to February 2021 as the control group and 3726 prescriptions under PDCA cycle management from March to May 2021 as the observation group,the successful dispensing rates of medicines in the two groups were compared and the reasons for the unsuccessful dispensing of medicines were analyzed.Results After the implementation of PDCA cycle management,the successful rate of self-service cloud pharmacy increased significantly(96.67%vs.90.71%,P<0.05).The unsuccessful dispensing rate of medicines caused by personnel management,system hardware,medicines and information software decreased significantly(P<0.01).Conclusion PDCA cycle management can effectively improve the successful rate of self-service cloud pharmacy in fever clinic and ensure the smooth operation of self-service medicine taking model.
