摘　　要：目的探讨新疆阿魏乙酸乙酯提取物对S-180腹水瘤模型小鼠的影响。方法将120只KM小鼠随机分为正常对照组(等体积溶剂),模型组(等体积溶剂),顺铂组(5 mg/kg)及阿魏乙酸乙酯部位低、中、高剂量组(实验Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组,给药剂量以生药计1.0,2.0,3.0 g/kg),各20只。将含2×10^(6) mL^(-1) S-180细胞的小鼠腹水接种于小鼠腹腔(每只0.4 mL),复制S-180腹水瘤小鼠模型。建模成功后,各组小鼠灌胃给予相应药物或溶剂,每天1次,连续10 d。记录小鼠的生存时间;测定、记录小鼠腹围及腹水量,观察腹水细胞密度;记录体质量,并计算脾指数和胸腺指数。结果与模型组比较,顺铂组及实验Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组平均生存时间显著延长,细胞密度及小鼠腹围显著缩小,小鼠腹水量显著减少;顺铂组小鼠体质量显著降低,实验Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组小鼠脾质量及实验Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组小鼠胸腺质量显著增加,顺铂组和实验Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组小鼠脾指数和胸腺指数均显著升高(P<0.05)。结论新疆阿魏乙酸乙酯提取物可减少S-180腹水瘤模型小鼠的腹水量,延长其生存期,并对其免疫功能有一定影响。Objective To investigate the effect of ethyl acetate part from Ferula sinkiangensis on S-180 Ascites tumor-bearing model mice.Methods A total of 120 KM mice were randomly divided into the control group(equal volume of solvent),the model group(equal volume of solvent),cisplatin group(5 mg/kg),ethyl acetate part from Ferula Sinkiangensis low-(experiment groupⅠ,1.0 g/kg),medium-(experiment groupⅡ,2.0 g/kg)and high-dose group(experiment groupⅢ,3.0 g/kg),with 20 mice in each group.The mice were intraperitoneally injected with the ascites which contained 2×10^(6) mL^(-1) S-180 cells(0.4 mL for each mouse)to replicate the S-180 ascites tumor-bearing mice model.After successful modeling,mice in each group were gavaged with corresponding drugs or solvent once a day for 10 d,the survival time of mice was recorded,abdominal circumference and amount of ascites of mice were determined and recorded,cell density of ascites was observed,the weight of mice was measured and the spleen index and the thymus index of mice were caculated.Results Compared with those in the model group,the survival time was significantly prolonged,the abdominal circumference reduced significantly,the amount and cell density of ascites decreased significantly in cisplatin group,experiment groupⅠ,experiment groupⅡand experiment groupⅢ,the weight in cisplatin group decreased significantly,the spleen weight in experiment groupⅠ,experiment groupⅡand experiment groupⅢand the thymus weight in experiment groupⅡand experiment groupⅢincreased significantly.The spleen index and the thymus index in cisplatin group,experiment groupⅡand experiment groupⅢincreased significantly.(P<0.05).Conclusion Ethyl acetate part from Ferula Sinkiangensis can reduce amount of ascites,prolong the survival time and effect the immune function of mice.
