摘 要:目的优选苦柏洗剂水提取工艺。方法应用信息熵赋权正交试验,以加水量、煎煮时间、煎煮次数为考察因素,以盐酸小檗碱含量及得膏率为综合评价指标,计算各指标的信息熵及权重系数,并进行综合评分,对苦柏洗剂水提取工艺进行优选和验证。结果3种因素对综合评分均无显著影响(P>0.05),其中煎煮次数对综合评分的影响最大。苦柏洗剂最优提取工艺为,加10倍量水煎煮3次,每次1.5 h;验证试验中盐酸小檗碱的平均含量为0.67 mg/g,平均得膏率为28.06%,平均综合评分为1.0000分,各指标的RSD均小于2.35%(n=3)。结论基于信息熵赋权法优选的苦柏洗剂水提工艺稳定、可行。Objective To optimize the water-extraction process of Kubai Lotion.Methods Based on the information entropy weighting method,the orthogonal test was used to optimize and verify the water extraction technology of Kubai Lotion with the water addition amount,decocting time and decocting times as the investigation factors and the content of berberine hydrochloride and the extract yield rate as the comprehensive evaluation indexes.Results The three factors had no significant effect on the comprehensive score(P>0.05),while the decocting times had the greatest effect on the comprehensive score.The optimal extraction process of Kubai Lotion was as follows:adding 10 times the amount of water to decoct for 3 times,1.5 h each time.The average content of berberine hydrochloride in the validation test is 0.67 mg/g,and the average extract yield rate was 28.06%,the average comprehensive score was 1.0000 point,and the RSD of each index was less than 2.35%(n=3).Conclusion The water-extraction process of Kubai Lotion optimized based on information entropy weighting method is stable and feasible.
