巴曲酶联合疏血通治疗突发性耳聋临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨巴曲酶联合舒血通治疗突发性耳聋的临床疗效,以及对患者听力和血清内皮素(ET)、可溶性血管细胞黏附分子-1(sVCAM-1)水平的影响。方法选取医院2019年5月至2021年5月收治的突发性耳聋患者124例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各62例。两组患者均予基础治疗及静脉滴注疏血通注射液,观察组患者加用巴曲酶注射液静脉滴注。结果观察组总有效率为93.55%,显著高于对照组的79.03%(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后的凝血酶原时间、活化部分凝血活酶时间、凝血酶时间均显著长于对照组(P<0.05),血小板因子,血清ET、sVCAM-1水平及全血黏度、血细胞比容、血浆黏度均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为4.84%,显著低于对照组的16.13%(P<0.05)。结论巴曲酶联合疏血通注射液治疗突发性耳聋,可改善患者的凝血功能和血流动力学,调节血清ET和sVCAM-1水平。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of batroxobin combined with Shuxuetong Injection in the tretment of sudden deafness,and the effects on hearing,serum endothelin(ET)levels and soluble vascular cell adhesion molecule-1(sVCAM-1)levels.Methods A total of 124 patients with sudden deafness admitted to the hospital from May 2019 to May 2021 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 62 cases in each group.The patients in the two groups were treated with basic treatment and Shuxuetong Injection,on this basis,the patients in the observation group were treated with Batroxobin Injection.Results The total effective rate in observation group was 93.55%,which was significantly higher than 79.03%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the prothrombin time(PT),activated partial prothrombin time(APTT)and thrombin time(TT)in the observation group were significantly longer than those in the control group(P<0.05),while the levels of platelet factor(PF),serum ET and sVCAM-1,and the whole blood viscosit(WBV),hematocrit(HCT)and plasma viscosity(PV)in observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 4.84%,which was significantly lower than 16.13%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Batroxobin combined with Shuxuetong Injection has a certain effect in the treatment of sudden deafness,which can improve the coagulation function and hemodynamics,and regulate the levels of ET and sVCAM-1.
