黑龙江省对外贸易商品结构与产业结构发展关系研究

摘　　要：众多学者研究表明,对外贸易商品结构与产业结构协调发展可以促进经济结构优化,进而推动一国或地区实现经济高质量发展。探索黑龙江省实现经济高质量发展的路径,首先运用结构效应分析方法,计算黑龙江省进出口商品结构变化效应以及产业结构变化效应,通过Granger因果检验进一步探索二者之间的关系。结果表明,黑龙江省对外贸易商品结构与产业结构未能实现相互促进的协调发展。针对黑龙江省对外贸易商品结构单一、产业转型发展要素短缺、政策之间配合效果较差等发展问题,探求推动对外贸易商品结构与产业结构协调发展的对策建议,以期优化经济结构,实现黑龙江省经济高质量发展。Research shows that the coordination between commodity structure of foreign trade and industrial structure is able to optimize the economic structure and then realize the high-quality development.On the basis of backward economic development of Heilongjiang Province,applying structural effect analysis method to calculate the effect of imports and exports structure change and industrial structure change.And then identifying whether there is a mutually reinforcing relationship or not by Granger causality test.It turns out that there is a deviation relationship between commodity structure of foreign trade and industrial structure.According to development issues of Heilongjiang Province,such as single commodities of foreign trade,short elements of industrial upgrade,unsatisfactory coordination of policy and so on,advancing proposals to realize the coordination between the commodity structure of foreign trade and industrial structure,and then realize high-quality economic development of Heilongjiang Province.
