摘　　要：珠三角城市群是我国重要的产业集群地区之一,在产业结构调整中有着宝贵经验。总结珠三角城市群产业结构优化的成功做法,包括充分发挥自身优势,大力发展主导产业;生成源自市场的内生动力,努力营造良好的发展环境;重视科技创新等内生潜力的挖掘;保持对外合作,充分实现与世界经济体的互动;注重产业结构调整的整体性和全局性;维护生态环境。黑龙江省应充分学习相关经验,准确定位自身的比较优势,加强体制机制改革,营造好的发展环境,合理吸纳域外资本、技术、产业,实现后发式、跨越式发展;充分利用好国家政策优势及其他优势,在产业结构发展过程中及时评估形势和突破瓶颈,实现外在比较优势和内生动力的联合驱动。As one of the important industrial clusters in China, the Pearl River Delta urban agglomeration is an advanced manufacturing base, a modern service base and a scientific and technological innovation and technology research and development base with global influence. The Pearl River Delta region is the pioneer area of China’s reform and opening up, and an important economic center area in China. It plays an outstanding driving role and a decisive strategic position in the overall situation of national economic and social development and reform and opening up. The Pearl River Delta has valuable experience in the adjustment of industrial structure, which is worth learning from.Our province should fully learn the valuable experience of pearl River Delta industrial structure,position its own comparative advantage accurately in the adjustment of industrial structure, give full play to all the support brought by the external environment timely to strengthen the reform of system and mechanism, so as to create a good development environment;On this basis, it can reasonably absorb foreign capital, technology and industry, and realize post-development and leapfrog development.
