摘 要:为了解决现有方法分析预应力管桩竖向承载力存在的问题,提出一种基于原位测试和大数据分析的预应力管桩竖向承载力计算新方法。在该方法中,将原位测试数据根据桩所属区域、桩的类型、土的类型和土的状态及土的埋深分类构建基础数据库;利用大数据分析,对基础数据库中的力学参数进行处理,得到各分类土层对应的力学参数;采用数值方法建立力学模型和编制计算程序,提取基于大数据分析的力学参数作为计算程序的输入参数,对预应力管桩竖向承载力进行计算。通过与现场试验桩的对比和分析,得到计算方法和静载试验两者的竖向承载力的偏差在10%内,且两种方法的Q-s曲线相吻合。研究结果表明:基于大数据处理的各类型土桩侧阻力随土的埋深的变化幅度明显不同,基于大数据分析的预应力管桩竖向承载力的计算结果更接近于桩的实际承载性能。In order to solve the existing problems in the analysis of the vertical bearing capacity of pre-stressed pipe piles, a new calculation method of the vertical bearing capacity of pre-stressed pipe piles based on the in-situ test data and big data analysis is proposed. In this method, first of all, the in-situ test data are classified according to the type of pile, the type of soil, the state of soil and the buried depth of soil to build the basic database. Secondly, by using big data analysis, the mechanical parameters in the basic database are processed, and the corresponding mechanical parameters of each classified soil layer are obtained. Then, the mechanical model is established by numerical method, the calculation program is compiled, and the mechanical parameters based on big data analysis are extracted as the input parameters of the calculation program to calculate the vertical bearing capacity of pre-stressed pipe piles. Through the comparison with the field test piles, the deviation of vertical bearing capacity between the calculation method and static load test is within 10%, and the Q-S curves of the two methods are consistent. The research results show that the resistance of the pre-stressed pipe pile based on the big data analysis is obviously related to the buried depth of the soil, and the calculation results of the vertical bearing capacity of the pre-stressed pipe pile based on the big data analysis are closer to the actual bearing capacity of the pile.
