摘 要:结合波形钢腹板梁和UHPC的特点,设计一种新型全预制波形钢腹板-UHPC组合梁,该梁具有抗裂性好、结构轻、承载力强、耐久性好等优点。根据波形钢腹板抗剪不抗弯的特征,以及UHPC超高的抗压强度和较高的抗拉强度,且开裂后由于纤维的桥联作用而具有一定的抗拉强度等特点,推导出新型梁的抗弯承载能力计算方法,利用ANSYS有限元数值分析验证文中推导的理论方法的正确性,利用理论方法进行参数分析UHPC板不同纤维含量对应的抗拉强度的影响。Based on the characteristics of corrugated steel web beam and UHPC, a new type of fully prefabricated corrugated steel web UHPC composite beam is designed, which has the advantages of good crack resistance, light structure, strong bearing capacity and good durability. According to the characteristics of the wave shaped steel webs that are not flexural in shear, the UHPC super high compressive strength and high tensile strength, and due to the bridging effect of the fiber after cracking, the calculation method of the flexural bearing capacity of the new beam is derived. The correctness of the theoretical method is verified by the finite element numerical analysis of ANSYS, and the theoretical method is used to analyze the influence of different fiber content on the tensile strength of UHPC board.
