摘 要:乐亭二滦河小埝现状防洪标准为3~5年一遇,堤基多为砂性土,背水侧无复堤条件,本次采取迎水侧复堤,通过方案比选,采取剥岩土加固堤防,治理后堤埝防洪标准达到10年一遇。利用有限元法进行计算,提出了渗透与边坡不稳定堤段,通过采取工程措施后,达到了堤防稳定目的。The current flood control standard of The Second Luanhe River small dam of Laoting is 3~5 years,the embankment base is mostly sandy soil,and there is no dike condition on the back side.This time,the embankment on the front side is dike,through the scheme comparison and selection,the rock stripping is adopted to reinforce the embankment,and the flood control standard of the embankment dam after treatment reaches 10 years.By means of finite element method,the levee section of seepage and slope instability is put forward.After engineering measures are taken,the levee reaches stability.
