摘　　要：本文首先对当前宏观环境作了概述,其次阐明我国政策性住房金融所面临的问题,最后阐述了住房公积金制度的现状,讨论了共同富裕目标下我国政策性住房金融制度的优化方向,并提出了一些政策浅见,以期为此类问题关注者提供借鉴。This paper first summarizes the current macro environment,then clarifies the problems that policy-based housing finance of our country faces,and finally expounds the present situation of housing accumulation fund system,discusses the optimization direction of policy-based housing finance system of our country under the policy goal of common prosperity,and puts forward some policy suggestions,hoping to provide reference for the concerned people.
