摘　　要：[目的/意义]旨在通过供应链管理思想对高校图书馆供应商的绩效评估过程进行整合,明确高校图书供应服务商的综合评价指标体系,为图书馆优选图书供应商提供决策方法。[方法/过程]以SCOR模型为分析基础,基于可靠性、响应性、敏捷性、成本以及资产管理效率和人员六个绩效评价因素构建高校图书供应商服务质量评价指标体系。利用熵权TOPSIS模型对图书供应服务商进行评价和选择。[结果/结论]建立了基于SCOR模型完整有效的高校图书馆优选馆配商评价指标体系,所提评价方法可有效缓解图书采购过程中优选图书供应商时存在的主观不确定性,为高校图书馆在选取图书供应商时提供了方法依据和指导建议。[Purpose/significance]The paper is to integrate the performance evaluation process of university library suppliers through supply chain management ideas,and clarify the comprehensive evaluation index system of university library service providers,to provide a decision-making method for the library to select book suppliers. [Method/process] Based on the analysis of SCOR model,the paper builds a service quality evaluation index system for university book suppliers based on six performance evaluation factors: reliability,responsiveness,agility,cost,asset management efficiency and personnel,and uses the entropy TOPSIS model to evaluate and select book service providers. [Result/conclusion] This paper establishes a complete and effective SCOR model-based evaluation index system for the optimization selection of university library distributor. The proposed evaluation method can effectively alleviate the subjective uncertainty in the selection of book suppliers in the book procurement process. It provides method basis and guidance suggestions for university libraries when selecting book suppliers.
