摘  要:目的研究稳定期COPD患者呼出气一氧化氮与嗜酸性粒细胞的相关性。方法回顾性选取2019年10月至2020年10月九江市第一人民医院COPD患者100例,依据疾病分期分为急性加重期组与稳定期组,每组各50例,另回顾性选取同期九江市第一人民医院健康体检人员50名作为健康对照组,统计分析三组人员的FeNO、EOS%、肺功能、血清CRP、IL-6、DD水平,分析稳定期组患者的FeNO与EOS%、肺功能的相关性。结果急性加重期组、稳定期组患者的FeNO、EOS%均高于健康对照组(P<0.05),急性加重期组患者的FeNO高于稳定期组(P<0.05),但两组患者EOS%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。急性加重期组、稳定期组患者的FEV_(1)/FVC、FEV_(1)%均低于健康对照组(P<0.05),但急性加重期组、稳定期组患者的FEV_(1)/FVC、FEV_(1)%之间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。急性加重期组、稳定期组患者的血清CRP、IL-6、DD水平均显著高于健康对照组(P<0.05),急性加重期组患者的血清CRP、IL-6、DD水平均显著高于稳定期组(P<0.05)。稳定期组患者的FeNO与EOS%呈显著的正相关(P<0.05),与FEV1/FVC呈显著的负相关(P<0.05),与FEV1%无相关性(P>0.05)。结论稳定期COPD患者呼出气一氧化氮与嗜酸性粒细胞呈显著的正相关。Objective To study the correlation between fractional exhaled nitric oxide(FeNO)and eosinophils(EOS)in patients with chronic obstructive pulmoriary disease(COPD).Methods A total of 100 COPD patients in Jiujiang NO.1 People′s Hospital from October 2019 to October 2020 were retrospectively selected and divided into the acute exacerbation group and the stable phase group based on disease staging,with 50 cases in each group.Meanwhile,another 50 subjects who underwent physical examination in Jiujiang NO.1 People′s Hospital were retrospectively selected as the healthy control group during the same period.The FeNO,EOS%,lung function,serum C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6),D-dimer(DD)levels of the three groups were statistically analyzed,and the correlation between FeNO and EOS%as well as pulmonary function of patients in the stable phase group was analyzed.Results The FeNO level and EOS%of patients in the acute exacerbation group and the stable phase group were significantly higher than those in the healthy control group(P<0.05).FeNO levels of patients in the acute exacerbation group were significantly higher than those in the stable phase group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups in EOS%(P>0.05).The forced expiratory volume in one second/forced vital capacity(FEV_(1)/FVC)and FEV_(1)%in the acute exacerbation group and the stable phase group were significantly lower than those in the healthy control group(P<0.05),but there were no significant differences between the acute exacerbation group and the stable phase group in FEV_(1)/FVC and FEV_(1)%(P>0.05).The serum CRP,IL-6 and DD levels of patients in the acute exacerbation group and the stable phase group were significantly higher than those in the healthy control group(P<0.05),and the serum CRP,IL-6 and DD levels in the acute exacerbation group were significantly higher than those in the stable phase group(P<0.05).In the stable phase group,FeNO was significantly positively correlated with EOS%(P<0.05),significantly negati
