摘　　要：目的探讨莫匹罗星软膏对拔甲术后伤口愈合的的影响。方法选取2019年3月至2021年2月北京大学深圳医院手显微外科门诊收治的80例行单纯拔甲术治疗的踇趾甲沟炎患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组(n=40)与对照组(n=40)。观察组换药时在用敷料及纱布包扎前伤口涂抹莫匹罗星软膏,对照组换药时直接用敷料及纱布包扎固定。比较两组患者换药时疼痛视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、疼痛消失时间、术后换药次数、伤口结痂厚度、结痂时间及拔甲术后伤口愈合时间。结果观察组换药时VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组的疼痛消失时间、伤口愈合时间、结痂时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组的换药次数少于对照组,结痂厚度小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论拔甲术后伤口外用莫匹罗星软膏,可明显缩短病程,降低换药时患者的疼痛,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of mupirocin ointment on wound healing after nail removal.Methods A total of 80 patients with toenail paronychia undergoing nail removal in the Hand Microsurgery of Peking University Shenzhen Hospital from March 2019 to February 2021 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into the observation group(n=40)and the control group(n=40).In the observation group,mupirocin ointment was applied before dressing and gauze dressing,while in the control group,dressing and gauze dressing were directly used for fixation.The pain visual analogue scale(VAS)score,pain disappearance time,postoperative dressing change times,wound scab thickness,scab time and wound healing time after nail removal were compared between the two groups.Results The VAS score when dressing in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The pain disappearance time,wound healing time and scab time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).The dressing change times and scab thickness of observation group were less than those of control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion External use of mupirocin ointment after nail removal can obviously shorten the course of disease and reduce the pain of patients during dressing change,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
