摘 要:本文主要介绍冷凝器翅片结构的一种简化方法,即三明治夹心方法,将管翅结构等效成各向异性材料的壳体或实体,进行有限元计算。首先对比单根扁管与翅片简化前后的差异,验证其动态特性差异较小后,进行冷凝器的模态计算。为了验证简化结果的准确性,进行模态试验,并对比模态试验与仿真结果的差异。此外还计算了模态置信因子量化了试验振型与仿真振型的差异性。最后通过对比分析,得出简化前后结构的频率与振型的差异较小,确定了此简化方法的准确性。This paper mainly introduces a simplified method of condenser fin structure, that is, the sandwich method. The tube-fin structure is equivalent to a shell or entity of anisotropic materials for finite element calculation.First, compare the difference between a single flat tube and a fin before and after simplification, and verify that the difference in dynamic characteristics is small, and then carry out the modal calculation of the condenser. In order to verify the accuracy of the simplified results, a modal test was carried out, and the differences between the modal test and the simulation results were compared. In addition, a modal confidence factor is introduced to quantify the difference between the experimental mode shape and the simulated mode shape. Finally, through comparative analysis, it is concluded that the difference between the frequency and mode shape of the structure before and after the simplification is small, which confirms the accuracy of the simplified method.
