摘　　要：本文通过实车发生的线束包裹材料相关常见失效问题,使用对应场景匹配的包裹材质,从而使问题最终得到解决。包裹材料的选用直接影响到低压线束的性能和成本,因而分析包裹材料的特性和选用原则很有意义,可对后期的线束设计提供简单指导。In this paper, through some cases of wire harness wrapping materials related to real vehicles, the corresponding scene matching coating materials are used to solve the problem.Because the selection of wrapping materials directly affects the performance and cost of low-voltage wiring harness, it is meaningful to analyze the performance and selection scenarios of wrapping materials, and also provide simple guidance for the wiring harness design.
