摘  要:近几年,随着纯电动汽车迅速普及,纯电动汽车的故障诊断与维修显得越来越重要。本文详细描述吉利EV450的高压模块组成与上电原理。针对吉利EV450车型,具体分析其低压上电失败、高压上电失败、无法行驶的故障原因,给出IG1(IR02)继电器、主继电器、电子稳定控制系统及相关电路故障排除的方法。In recent years,with the rapid popularization of pure electric vehicles,the fault diagnosis and maintenance of pure electric vehicles become more and more important.This paper describes the composition of high voltage module and the starting principle of Geely EV450 in detail.According to the vehicle,the causes of low voltage power on failure are analyzed,and the troubleshooting methods of IG1(IR02)relay and related circuits are given.The causes of high voltage power on failure are analyzed in detail,and the troubleshooting methods of main relay and related circuits are given.The causes of the failure to drive are analyzed in detail,and the troubleshooting methods of electronic stability control system and related circuits are given.
