摘　　要：针对散货码头门座起重机作业时存在的自动化程度低、工作环境差、指挥岗位人员空缺较大以及装卸劳动力成本高等问题,在散货码头门座起重机不同部位安装一定数量的视频监控系统并集中在司机室显示。这可以有效提高门座起重机操作视野和安全性,规范司机的操作行为,从而减少现场指挥人员的数量,提高散货作业自动化程度,有效降低散货码头装卸成本。In view of the problems of low degree of automation,poor working environment,large vacancies in command positions,and high labor costs for loading and unloading during the operation of gantry cranes in bulk cargo terminals,a certain number of video surveillance systems are installed in different parts of gantry cranes in bulk cargo terminals and displayed in the driver’s cab.This can effectively improve the operating vision and safety of portal cranes,standardize the operating behavior of drivers,thereby reducing the number of on-site commanders,improving the automation of bulk cargo operations,and effectively reducing the cost of loading and unloading at bulk cargo terminals.
