摘　　要：目的探讨细胞因子白细胞介素10(interleukin-10,IL-10)、干扰素-γ(interferon-gamma,IFN-γ)及免疫调节分子T细胞免疫球蛋白及黏蛋白域蛋白3(T cell immunoglobulin-and mucin-domain-containing molecule-3,Tim-3)在甲型流感患者外周血中的表达情况。方法收集49例甲型流感病毒阳性患者、30例健康体检者血浆及血清,Luminex多因子液相分析技术(Luminex xMAP)检测其血浆IL-10、IFN-γ表达水平;ELISA方法检测其血清可溶性Tim-3表达水平;流式细胞术检测其各免疫细胞亚群中Tim-3表达水平。结果甲型流感患者血浆IL-10、IFN-γ及血清可溶性Tim-3表达水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),NK细胞Tim-3表达水平显著高于对照组(P<0.01),而CD8^(+)T细胞Tim-3表达水平与对照组之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论细胞因子IL-10、IFN-γ及免疫调节分子Tim-3可作为甲型流感患者病程监测的潜在指标。Objective To investigate the levels of IL-10,IFN-γ and Tim-3 in the peripheral blood of patients with Influenza A.Methods Serum and plasma samples of 49 patients with influenza A and 30 healthy individuals were collected to detect the expressions of IL-10 and IFN-γ by Luminex x MAP;soluble form of Tim-3(s Tim-3)were detected by ELISA;the expression of Tim-3 on immunocyte subgroups was detected by flow cytometry.Results The levels of IL-10,IFN-γ and s Tim-3 were higher in patients with influenza A than those in the control group(P<0.05).The expression of Tim-3 on NK cells was significantly higher in patients with influenza A than those in the control group(P<0.01),while there was no statistical significance on the difference in the expression of Tim-3 on CD8^(+)T lymphocytes between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion IL-10,IFN-γ and Tim-3 can be used as potential indicators for disease course monitoring in patients with influenza A.
