摘 要:针对智能塑壳断路器造型设计与评价缺乏规范性等问题,对该类产品的造型设计进行了评价研究,增强造型设计的规范性和方案评价的合理性与科学性。基于塑壳断路器种类和规格的分析,选择250A/4P型塑壳断路器为设计评价对象,借助德尔菲法,确定了3个1级评价指标和20个2级评价指标;根据层次分析法构建了各级设计评价指标的层次关系并计算权重和排序;通过模糊评价法比较3款不同造型特征的设计方案,选出综合评分最高的方案;根据可行性要求,对方案进行了改进设计,形成最终造型设计方案。该评价方法可为该类产品的造型设计与评价研究提供参考。Aiming at the issues of poor standardization on the modeling design and evaluation of intelligent molded case circuit breakers,an evaluation research of the modeling design of this product was carried out to enhance the standardization of modeling design and the rationality and scientificity of scheme evaluation.The 250A/4P Molded Case Circuit Breaker was selected as the object of design evaluation based on the analysis of their types and specifications.Three first-level evaluation indexes and 20 second-level evaluation indexes were determined by Delphi method.The design schemes of three different modeling features were compared through fuzzy evaluation method to pick out the highest comprehensive score scheme.The scheme was designed according to feasibility requirements to form final modeling design scheme.The evaluation scheme could provide references for the modeling design and evaluation research of this kind of products.
