摘 要:结合可拓流模型和可拓创新方法中的第三创造法,研究了一种集成两种方法进行产品创新设计的一般步骤与流程。通过确定产品技术系统中的流,建立可拓流模型,识别有益流或有缺陷流;运用第三创造法对有缺陷流模型进行改进,获得改善产品缺陷的多种设计创意;利用该方法解决某熔融沉积式3D打印机的缺陷问题,生成多种设计创意,并通过优度评价方法,选择最佳创意,形成改善缺陷的创新设计方案。设计结果验证了该方法的可行性和有效性,为产品的创新设计提供了新思路与可操作方法。Based on the extension flow model and the third creation method of extension innovation method,the general steps and process of product innovation design were studied combined with two methods.The extension flow model was established and the beneficial flow or defective flow was identified through the determination of flow in the product technology system.The third creation method was used to improve the defective flow model.A variety of design ideas were obtained to improve product defects.The method was used to solve the defect problem of a fused deposition 3D printer.A variety of design ideas are generated.The optimal idea was selected through the evaluation method of goodness to form an innovative design scheme of improving defect.The design results verified the feasibility and effectiveness of this method.This study provided new ideas and operational methods for product innovative design.
