摘 要:推广清洁能源与智能电采暖是一个崭新的理念。随着清洁能源发电方式的多样性,国家电力体制的不断深入及建筑节能墙体的推广应用,分户智能电采暖将会是未来北方部分城镇除集中供热以外新的供暖方式。以天津地区某住宅建筑为例,采用DeST-h软件模拟计算了不同版本节能设计标准、不同供热行为模式、不同入住率、不同住户位置的全年逐时热负荷,比较了5种方案下的供热能耗,以及采用分散式电采暖方式时热用户的经济性分析。通过分析发现分散式电采暖在满足2007年以后的节能标准建筑有更好的经济效益,并给出了电采暖方式下不同住户位置及入住率采暖费用的差异。研究结果能够为住宅建筑电采暖推广提供可靠借鉴。The promotion of clean energy and smart electric heating is a fresh concept. With the diversification of clean energy power generation methods, the continuous deepening of the national power system and the promotion and application of building energy-saving walls, household smart electric heating will be the future of the north. In addition to central heating in some cities and towns, new heating methods. This paper mainly takes a residential building in Tianjin as an example, and uses DeST-h software to simulate and calculate the hourly heat load throughout the year for different stages of energy-saving design standards, different operating heating modes, different occupancy rates, and different residential locations. Comparison of heating energy consumption under five schemes, and the economic analysis of heat users under decentralized electric heating system is compared. Through comparative analysis, it is found that decentralized electric heating has better economic benefits in buildings that meet the energy-saving standards after 2007, and the difference in heating costs for different residential locations and occupancy rates under electric heating methods is proposed, providing a reliable reference for the promotion of electric heating in residential buildings.
