摘 要:热交换效率是评判新风热回收机组节能性能的核心指标,由于实际工程中热交换效率测试受室外气象条件、室内空气状况等多种因素影响,经常不具备测试条件。"气流短路循环法",即采用新风热回收机组的室内侧空气及室外侧空气短路循环的方法,并结合热泵热技术,在工程现场模拟出夏季、冬季等测试工况,为在工程现场测试户式新风热回收装置的热回收效率等性能参数提供了解决方案。测试装置的设计组成主要由气流短路循环空气调节箱、热泵系统、数据采集及控制系统等组成。该方法的装置设计具有集中一体化、小型化、工况可调节、节能等优势,可降低现场测试难度、节约现场测试时间、提高测试工作效率。Heat exchange efficiency is the core index to evaluate the energy-saving performance of fresh air heat recovery unit. Due to the multiple effects of outdoor meteorological conditions and indoor air conditions, the heat exchange efficiency test often does not have the test conditions. The air flow short-circuit cycle method is proposed, which adopts the short-circuit cycle method of indoor air and outdoor air of fresh air heat recovery unit. Combined with heat pump technology, the test conditions such as summer and winter are simulated in the project site, which provides a solution for testing the heat recovery efficiency and other performance parameters of household fresh air heat recovery device in the project site. The design of the test device is mainly composed of air flow short-circuit circulating air conditioning box, heat pump system, data acquisition and control system, etc. The device design of this method has the advantages of centralized integration, miniaturization, adjustable working conditions, energy saving, etc., which can reduce the difficulty of field test, save the field test time and improve the test efficiency.
