摘　　要：对汽车外观缺陷产生源头进行分类,重点介绍麻皮、漆粗和色差缺陷的解决思路。通过分析缺陷的发生机理,找到真实原因,并提出不同的优化方法,结果验证有效。产生外观缺陷的原因有多重因素,需结合现场实际情况进行优化。The appearance defects of automobiles are classified from the source,and the solutions to the defects of hemp skin,rough paint and color difference are mainly introduced.By analyzing the mechanism of defect occurrence,the real reason is found,and different optimization methods are proposed,and the results are verified to be effective.There are multiple factors that cause appearance defects,which need to be optimized according to the actual situation on site.
