摘 要:目的:探讨动态社交行为技巧练习在难治性癫痫患儿中的应用效果。方法:将2018年11月1日~2019年10月1日收治的40例难治性癫痫患儿,按照随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组各20例,对照组实施常规护理,研究组实施动态社交行为技巧练习;比较两组干预前后负性情绪[采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)]、自我认同度(采用自尊心量表)及身心状态[采用护士用观察量表(NOSIE-30)]。结果:干预后,研究组SAS、SDS评分低于对照组(P<0.05),自我认同度及NOSIE-30评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对难治性癫痫患儿实施动态社交行为技巧练习,能改善患儿负性情绪,提高自我认同度。Objective:To explore the application effect of dynamic social behavior skills in children with intractable epilepsy.Methods:A total of 40 children with intractable epilepsy admitted during November 1,2018 to October 1,2019 according to the random numerical table method were divided into the study group and the control group with 20 cases in each group.The control group carried out routine nursing,and the study group carried out dynamic social behavior skills.Before and after intervention,comparison was made on the negative emotions by the SAS and SDS,self-esteem by the self-esteem scale,and the physiological and psychological conditions by NOSIE-30.Results:After intervention,the SAS and SDS scores were lower in the study group than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of self-esteem in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The introduction of dynamic social behavior skills in children with intractable epilepsy can improve their negative emotions and improve their self-esteem.
